Yes, the semi-detached houses are intended for private individual use, have separate entrances and there are no communal areas that need to be shared.

In principle, this is possible. The prerequisite is the availability of both semi-detached houses. Please contact us and we will check the possibilities for you.

No, each chalet has its own sauna to which only you have access.

A laundry set with one hand towel and one shower towel is included for each guest. You can either bring your own sauna towels or simply book an additional shower towel for 3 euros each.

There is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the upper floor and three further bedrooms on the first floor, which are separate from the bathrooms.

The nearest ski bus stop is just a 5-minute walk (400 m) from the accommodation.

From there you can take the bus directly to Kaprun to the Maiskogelbahn (18 min.), which offers connections to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area, or to the areitXpress, which takes you to the Schmittenhöhe Zell am See ski area (26 min.).

For even more flexibility, you can take the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn ski train. This will also take you from Niedernsill to the areitXpress (21 min.) or directly to the center of Zell am See (27 min.). Between Niedernsill and Lengdorf, the train is currently being replaced by a bus due to major repair work. This will be the case until around May 2024.

Maiskogelbahn – Kaprun: 12 km (13 min.) / Gletscherjet – Kitzsteinhorn: 18 km (20 min.)
Naglköpfl adventure mountain – Piesendorf: 6 km (8 min.)

Arriving by car is definitely recommended. Even if the ski areas can be reached by ski bus, it still makes shopping or waste disposal easier.

The nearest supermarket is SPAR Leitner Niedernsill, Steindorfer Str. 1, 5722 Niedernsill. It is located 2.1km from the accommodation.

If you are traveling on the freeway, the vignette must be purchased before entering the freeway. When crossing the border from Germany on the highway, the vignette must be purchased before crossing the border. A few kilometers before the border crossing, petrol stations sell the vignettes on the spot. There is a choice of 10-day or 2-month vignettes. If booked in advance, the vignette can also be purchased online via asfinag.at.
