Dream holidays in a cozy chalet with mountain view and sauna
The chalets – our new alpine-style vacation homes built in 2021 – have been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail.
It offers a lot of room for cordiality. Warmth. Delight with friends. Family. Pure nature. Mountains …and more.
The approx. 160m² chalets are located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill) in the middle of the beautiful Pinzgau region. A small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel with access to several well-known ski areas.

- 4 bedrooms – for up to 10 guests
- 3 bathrooms
- 1 wellness area with sauna and shower
- 1 open kitchen with spacious living/dining area
- 1 Ski cellar
- 1 bike garage

Supplementary services
When booking via our homepage, you will find a few “mandatory options” such as the cleaning package. This includes the final cleaning as well as bed linen and towels for all accompanying guests.
You can book other options for your stay at any time. We can provide you with useful baby equipment and additional towels if required.
If you need anything else that we don’t currently provide as standard in our chalet, just get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.
Babyequipment
If you are traveling with a baby, we will be happy to provide you with baby equipment for a fee of €15.00. This includes a baby crib with bed linen, high chair, baby bath and stool. We also have children’s crockery and cutlery ready for you.
Towels
If the towels included in the laundry package are not enough for you, you can take additional hand or shower towels with you at any time from the Berger janitor service for an extra charge of € 3.00 each or book them in advance.
